Since then I have focused my education toward my passion in corrective therapies.  I work to individualize each session to promote healing for every client targeting that specific phase.  A majority of my clients are injury related whether it be work, car accident, sports, or any other cases. I am very versatile as I am working at Balanced Body Chiropractic in Naugatuck but also traveling to my clients.  I would love the privilege and the opportunity to journey with you on your road to a more comfortable and healthy lifestyle. It is not a series of treatments or exercises, but rather a reeducation of the mind and body. Starting massage by doing ROM/stretches for hip without warming tissues first. Should have warmed Gluts first and surrounding muscles. Pressure w/ fist on my palm not comfortable Hot stones felt Great when used throughout massage. Would have liked heated stones placed on Charkras prone/supine to. Did not feel energetic or relaxing. Was more Therapeutic!

Khristy was very thorough and professional. I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. She also took time before hand to get to know me and my current state of health. I highly recommend her and have already booked two additional appointments with her.
