The Alexander Technique for Massage

"The Alexander Technique is a method that works to change (movement) habits in our everyday activities. It is a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination. The technique teaches the use of the appropriate amount of effort for a particular activity, giving you more energy for all your activities. It is not a series of treatments or exercises, but rather a reeducation of the mind and body. The Alexander Technique is a method which helps a person discover a new balance in the body by releasing unnecessary tension. Congratulations on your new facility! The new space is perfect ... you did a terrific job to create a relaxing atmosphere & I love the new décor. For anyone looking for a skilled massage therapist, look no further. I had originally came across Khristine a year ago when I googled a massage for my Mom. After she had a good experience, I booked one for myself and I have been going each month for the past year. Khristy is very responsive to get back to her clients and provides first class service at very competitive rates. So whether you are trying to de-stress from work or life, alleviate pain or just relax, Khristy is a perfect choice.

It was my first time having both hot stone massage and reflexology done and I loved every minute of it. The reflexology especially made me relax and fall asleep. I felt instantly lighter after I left, like all my worries and burdens were lifted away.
