Without question, massage plays a positive role in a healthy lifestyle!

My interest in massage has developed over the years, and I feel fortunate to have found this path.  I have always enjoyed participating in sports and an active lifestyle, and developing a deeper understanding of body mechanics has been a joy.  

As a tennis player eager to remain competitive, I know that regular massage can keep me going strong!  As a mom to two children and a wife, I welcome the relief that massage brings me from stress and everyday "stuff."...
