I attended the Nashville Academy of Reflexology through their Fastrac Program (Feb 21, 2016 / Jun 30, 2015) and graduated July 11, 2016. My RCR (Registered Certified Reflexologist) certificate was issued July 17, 2016. My practice is called Reflexology 4 Souls. My first time I had a reflexology session was in October, 2014. My thoughts were my sister would be good at this. When the director of the school called the next day asking if I would be interested in attending school, I paused for a moment, and thought maybe I would be interested. School was originally to start in October 2014 and was changed to February 2015. It has been so interesting, challenging, rewarding, and fun. I continue to enjoy learning...from behavior styles to healthy habits to neuro science and meditation. I'm thankful to be a life long learner.
