Graduating in the year 2000, with the "Most Outstanding Student Award", from a Massage Therapy school located in Knoxville, TN. I, Randy Cotterell, along with all LMT's learn the basics and from there continue my education in other modalities in which interest me. With over 200 different massage modalities and taking continuing education classes such as aromatherapy, myofascial release, Reiki, Sports, Deep Tissue, Hot-Stone Massage, and Thai Massage; just to name a few - a real passion was found in or around the year 2010 with a small introductory course in the world of CranioSacral Therapy.


Since that time, Randy has continued advanced studies in ICST (Integrative CranioSacral Therapy) and is well on his way to receiving his Certification in the field; having only two more exams. With these advance studies, the struggle came to move his clients from the world of "Oh, I just felt like a massage today" in to working with clients for their better health. I ask clients to think - isn't it time you "Get Better" and "Be" who you were always meant to be?

I've learned that the Dinosaur really is of the past, Bodywork doesn't have to hurt! I call it "Transformative Massage". Working with you, gently blending your dedication and desire to "Be Better" with my advanced training in ICST to help you rediscover your blueprint, helping you to become - You!

ICST (Integrative CranioSacral Therapy) alone is very relaxing, ICST can be and also is very powerful. You have to take your own health into your hands, be dedicated and willing to allow the LMT, no matter who it is, to work with you, not on you.
