Following physical injury and the gravity of life’s unexpected loss, Rachel sought out different healers and bodyworkers to help her navigate both her physical and emotional wounds. That journey of self-healing led her to find her purpose to help others in the ways she has been supported. With an informed sense of perspective, empathy, and deeply rooted compassion she is dedicated to empowering her clients to connect more deeply with their body and mind as they grow toward their optimal self.

Rachel completed her formal training from the Mind Body Institute in Nashville, Tennessee (2020), accompanied with a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Radiantly Alive with Les Leventhal in Bali, Indonesia (2018).

REVIEWS for my massage services

Rachel's work is peaceful, thoughtful, and restorative to the body. I have received care from her for years and I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a body "reset" that endorses their emotional and mental reset journey as well.

I had an amazing massage/healing experience with Rachel. She has an amazing presence and the experience she provides of mixing massage with craniosacral therapy is unique. I always leave her space with my mind and body in a significantly better state than when I walked in. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a therapeutic body treatment to their wellness routine.

It was a wonderful healing experience, and perhaps I received more of what I needed than what I wanted. I felt so much better when the therapy was completed, however, I felt there were so many parts of my body that were sore that were not addressed with deep tissue massage, which is a part of what I really wanted. Open to discussion.

I’m always in awe of Rachel’s intuition and approach. Soul nurturing. Always a rejuvenating experience. I recommend doing 2hrs when you can for a full restore.

Rachel works to know you and your body well, she focuses on the problem areas you identify and her massage is very effective. Also, she is always looking for ways to broaden her knowledge using many techniques that are available.
