I’ve become a certified pregnancy massage therapist and infant massage instructor as well as a birth doula from DONA International. I taught Birthing From Within childbirth education classes and studied midwifery at The Farm Midwifery Center.

I love being apart of the heroic journey women take during this time in their life! For a lot of women, it is the first time they come face to face with trusting their bodies and themselves to carry a child, give birth, and learn how to be mothers. As a mother of two children, I have walked my own path and I feel so honored to go with other women and their families on their own personal journey. Through education, encouragement, and loving kindness, my hope is to help women believe in their amazing powerful bodies.

Kari simply has a gift for what she does, and the experience to meet the specialized needs of her clients. Her studio is the most relaxing place I have been for a massage, with lovely, natural essential oils, and a few nice plants. Kari's personality is warm, kind, and inviting and she takes her time to connect with you at the beginning of each session. It's just a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive in the lobby to when you float out the door.
