I have always been very drawn to the healing arts and enjoy watching people heal on all levels mind, body, and spirit. I attended school at East West College in Portland OR. I have over 900 hours of massage training and I am also a Reiki master. I have built my own practice by combining Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger point, Prenatal and Reiki. I have always been very drawn to the healing arts and enjoy watching people heal on all levels mind, body, and spirit. I attended school at East West College in Portland OR. I have over 900 hours of massage training and I am also a Reiki master. I have built my own practice by combining Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger point, Prenatal and Reiki. The work I excel at is rehabilitating repetitive strain type ailments, increasing limited range of motion, post-injury or surgery recovery, and chronic tension. I have also cultivated the belief that sometimes it is simply relaxation massage, conscious breathing and gentle energy work that is most needed. 

When I am not doing healing work I enjoy being a house music DJ of 18 years. I also really love helping animals anyway possible. My hobbies are hiking, biking, dancing, road trips, reading and writing poetry, and painting!
