Restoring your Optimum through Healing Energy and Touch

I left the corporate world of 20 years to pursue the long time desire to become a massage therapist. In June of 2011, I enrolled at Mind Body Institute to begin that pursuit. At MBI, a 700 hour therapeutic massage program, I gained experience in several modalities of massage. She was wonderful. The room was relaxing. Great at making me feel comfortable.

My massage was to help relieve pain from too much stress on my arms from yard work. The pain has been nagging for months and I gained immediate relief from the massage techniques. Tammy was very professional, did not oversell the possible results, but did a great job in relieving my pain.

A friend of mine recommended Tammy and raved about her. She lives up to the hype. I have been to several therapists. Tammy is the only one that actually spent time on issues that I had asked her too. She used several different techniques to get my knots to melt away. I’m a massage therapist myself and am impressed with her knowledge and skill level. I will definitely be going back to her!!

Outstanding therapeutic massage! Tammy knew exactly where my body needed attention. She was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent tips on techniques I could do at home. Very short walk from The Gaylord Opryland. Worth every step.
