Bringing you back to your body.

A major theme of my work is client education. I think one of the reasons for the success of the "For You" instruction manuals by Dr. Oz in the last few years (besides the gold stamp of Oprah approval) is the fact that so many of us know very little about the bodies we live in. We jump at the opportunity to learn more in an accessible way and have more control over our own balance and wellbeing in daily life.

When a client comes in with a chronic or acute pain situation, I want them to have as many tools as possible that they can use when they leave. Tools of self-awareness, tools of knowledge. These are the tools that truly create lasting change.

Brian is amazing. i highly recommend him for his expertise, technique, education and attention to his body work. Brian knows the body and worked with my shoulder issues so well that the improvement is remarkable. He is the ultimate professional. Brian is the best! Always knows how to ease my aches and pains. Has taught me a lot of things I can do at home to stretch and massage my body.

After my one hour session with Brian, I felt pain free, and the issues I had before seeing him were resolved. He gave me some home exercises which are also helping me on a daily basis. He is very attentive, professional, and a good communicator. He took the time to ask questions and listen and really hear what I was saying and needing for the session. I highly recommend him. I need for the session.

Brian is a skilled and caring massage therapist. I appreciate the time and attention he took to understanding me and what I was looking for in the massage. He listened and worked with me at the pace I needed to go. He was in touch with the emotional and physical aspects of healing and provided a caring presence throughout. Thank you!
