Massage has been a tool I've used (for over 40 years) to help ease the stress out of the muscles of friends, family and now clients. On August 1, 2016 I'll be entering into my 20th year of being a licensed massage therapist. The journey has been a joyful experience while learning to aid those who would like to stay active/moving.
