This profession combines all of my working experience and passion for a healthy lifestyle in one. Life is a constant evolution, and our bodies need care to help get us through the everyday challenges. If 2020 has taught me nothing else, massage is absolutely essential! 

I studied Holistic Massage Therapy at Nashua Community College and earned a Certificate in Massage Therapy in 2013. I have been employed as a licensed massage therapist since, it's one of the best career changes I have ever made. I'm currently working for myself in Nashua, NH and the surrounding area and work for Elements Massage in Nashua and Salem NH. 

My style of massage is a combination of relaxing and deep tissue techniques combined with light stretching. I'm trained in Hot Stone Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Trigger Point therapy,  Chair Massage as well as Stretch Certified and Rapid Tension Relief therapy. I customize each massage to give the client the best service for the time we have together.

Christine is fantastic at working all the right spots. Highly recommend if you're feeling extra tight. Pressure was great, I tend to prefer it harder than most I think but Christine frequently checks in to make sure it's still good for you.
