Sara has been licensed since May 2014, under the state of Ohio. She specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Sara also has certifications in neuromuscular and myofascial release. She is also attuned in Rieki 2. She has experience in a spa setting and is ready to start this new chapter in her career. Sara is also a professional birth doula.
