Hello, thank you for visiting! I specialize in a process I have been developing for several years; in simple I call it structural therapy. Through the process of restoring posture from the pelvis out to the limbs and head, I have helped relieve various issues from neck pain, back pain, and all the way down to plantar fasciitis.

I am licensed by the State of Illinois, a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and a graduate of Wellness and Massage Training Institute (WMTI). I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Francis.

At WMTI I had the privilege to work with many amazing instructors. I completed 788 hours of training consisting of Trigger Point therapy, Sports Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, On-site seated Massage and Whiplash techniques. I began my practice in April of 2000 and have completed 114 hours of continuing education in St. John Neuromuscular Therapy.

I came to massage therapy at the age of 15. After a car accident I suffered from severe neck and low back pain, I was left unable to do what I loved most, playing volleyball. After massage and chiropractic treatments I was able to continue my sport. After graduating from University of Saint Francis and entering the business world I felt something was lacking in my life and found myself back in school learning massage. I have, also, had the honor of working with amazing Pilates and yoga instructors. From my experience as a yoga instructor and student I enjoy incorporating yoga and Pilates to help my clients learn how their bodies work best and how to keep their bodies working efficiently. I truly believe that the work I do on the table is as useful as the amount a client is willing to put into their own wellness and life balance.

Peace and be well!
