I am Licensed in the state of California and Colorado. I offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each clients needs. I have several modalities I work with. From swedish, deep tissue, warm stone, reflexology, craniosacral, sports therapy. I also performed body wraps, neck wraps, facials and foot treatments during sessions. I worked in the spa setting for 4 years. During that time I was the Lead Therapist. I also did my externship in Trauma Touch Therapy and completed my certification in May of 2017.

I offer several modalities to customize each treatment to the clients needs. From therapeutic massage (Swedish/deep tissue), Reflexology (ears, hands, and feet), Craniosacral (head to sacrum), Sports Therapy (Pre/Post event), Hydrostone (hot/cold stone work), and Infant Massage Instruction (help parent/child bonding). May of 2017 I'm proud to have added my certification in Trauma Touch Therapy. I added this modality to help people move through the trauma left behind from PTSD, physical and emotional abuse.

Best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had LOT of therapeutic massage over the years. Katherine is skilled in multiple modalities, from sports massage to trauma touch therapy to PEMS to trigger points. Her exceptional understanding of anatomy enables to provide both deep-tissue and relaxing techniques to meet the needs of the moment. Highly recommended!
