Get Relief! Refuse Chronic Pain!

I started my bodywork journey with a year-long course in Omaha, Nebraska. As a military wife, I’ve taken bodywork with me to California, South Korea, Florida and Utah. My husband is retiring here, so Utah is our permanent home. My passion is to see people refuse to live with chronic pain. Movement is life!

Very professional and knowledgeable. You are amazing! Thank you!! I will definately recommend you to anyone and everyone!! I am one who likes to know about your findings through the massage so informing me of anything you find through the massage would be awesome and facinating!

Amy is a excellent massage therapist, and I've benefited from her skillful care several months now. She listens well and makes sure she understands my current needs. With her years of experience she is able to apply whatever different method is most helpful depending on the presentation of my problems.

Amy is an amazing massage therapist. I especially like at the end when she gives me the option of what I'd like her to focus on for the last few minutes. It was great to finish where I needed the most work, this time being in my neck.

Oh my goodness!! Amy is AMAZING! I love how she is so knowledgable and aware of where I'm hurting. She has helped me so much in getting over some neck and back pain from a skiing fall. I highly recommend her and love her to pieces!!
