Tania Latrell is a South Carolina native, who has always had a passion to help people. At the age of 16, she shared the idea of becoming a massage therapist, but was immediately encouraged to pursue other ventures. She quickly changed her sights to the possibilities of becoming a medical doctor. In 2007, Tania enrolled in the biology program at Winthrop University. After years of juggling the idea of becoming an MD or starting her own business, she completed her studies at Winthrop University with a B.S. in business administration and a minor in healthcare management in 2012. After many years on the job hunt to find a job in her field of study, she decided to return to school. After much research, Tania made the decision to attend Southeastern Institute in 2016. She returned to her first love of massage therapy. Not only did she complete her studies, but she finished number one in the school of Clinical Massage Therapy, and number two in the entire school. Tania is now a licensed massage therapist and neuromuscular therapist and the owner-operator of The Experience Wellness Massage. While in school, Tania quickly realized that she wanted to specialize in treating individuals who live in pain and discomfort daily from occupational hazards, recreational activities or illness. The Experience is a facility that prides itself on educating individuals on the importance of massage therapy and how it assists in wellness. Tania also has a passion for treating athletes to achieve better results during and after the game.
