Very knowledgeable and skilled! I feel better than when I walked in which is what I was looking for. Also provided helpful info for stretches to do afterward. Extremely professional and communicative. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! I’ve been a client of hers for years, and regardless of what’s going on with my body (and that can be a lot) she always gives me the perfect reset. As a person, she is uncommonly present, calm, and calming. And, as I am 6‘2“ and 210 pounds, I can’t get over how strong she is. She seems to be able to handle anything, as well as possessing a particularly sharp radar for problem areas that I’m not even aware of. There have been times when I’ve kind of dropped the ball on self-care, and become overdue for an adjustment, to the point where my body falls into a pretty bad place. She is always so receptive when I arrive and tell her what’s been going on, and she directly implements everything I’ve just told her. It’s such a relief to know I’m in such good hands!
