MEGAN IS PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING.
She finds great satisfaction engaging with others in a low-tech, beneficial way in the body, with the body – hence the name, m.bodiment.
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® are a wonderful tool for promoting natural fertility, a comfortable pregnancy, and pelvic and abdominal health for both men and women.
She has done advanced training for pregnancy from preconception through postpartum, massage for infants and children, and abdominal/pelvic health, including two years at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, providing massage to children as well as pregnant women in the hospital.
In 2014, she went to Vietnam with the pediatric massage volunteer organization Buds to Blossoms. In April 2017, she rejoined the Buds to Blossoms team for three weeks in Kathmandu, Nepal, working with children in orphanages, children with HIV/AIDS, and disabled children, which only strengthened her conviction that all children benefit enormously from loving, therapeutic touch.

Associates Degree in Massage Therapy
I worked at Mount Sinai in New York City, providing massage therapy to women hospitalized for their pregnancies as well as children in Pediatric ICU. I loved working with both populations, and the program was very popular with patients, who often told me my weekly visit was the highlight of their hospital stay.
I am certified to teach parents how to massage their own babies. I was trained by the Loving Touch Foundation®, and have helped many families with this marvelous work. Babies love massage, and it's a wonderful way for parents to bond and learn to communicate with Baby, helps with postpartum blues and stimulates Baby's growth and mental development.
Twice i have gone abroad as a Pediatric Massage Volunteer with Buds to Blossoms, working with children with HIV/AIDS, cerebral palsy and other disabilities, and with orphans in Vietnam and Nepal. It's a wonderful program, and very satisfying for both volunteers and children.
