I decided to become a massage therapist because I felt a "pull" to go into this field, and once I got into school I knew I had finally made the right decision about my career choice. I love the body and have come to realize that every part of our lives has an impact on our physical body. People deal with stress in individual ways, and carry stress in their body in a uniquely individual way as well. I will intuitively help your body and mind to relax and encourage your muscles to be your friend again so they will do their job correctly instead of hindering you. I achieve optimal results by using all the madalities and techniques I have learned in accordance with what will work best for each person individually. Not every person's muscles respond the same way, so to achieve optimal results my application must be tailored to each individual.
