Graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in July 2016. Started my own business, in August 2016. I specialize in therapeutic and sports massage. Was previously a social worker and wanted to change careers, while still being able to enhance the quality of peoples' lives and teach the importance of selfcare.   In this profession,  massage therapy,  I am able to facilitate change through body work. I am extremely happy with my career and look forward to continued learning and growth.

Very thorough and strong, highly skilled at the deep tissue, yet also great at the more relaxing Swedish practice. Really great at what she does! Highly recommend and I'll be returning for more!
