Take Care of Yourself
My goal with each client is to provide a therapeutic experience that helps increase range of motion, decrease pain, and improve overall wellbeing. I believe each massage I give whether, myofascial/ sports, therapeutic or relaxation massage is most effective during a 60 to 90 minute period. I recommend a 90 minute period to achieve maximum results.
