I use Dry Cupping to release those hard to relax muscles by helping to pull out toxins, inflammation and stagnant blood that may be causing issues in the muscles. I also massage area with cups to help bring blood flow to the muscle to help it release. Athletics love the benefits from cupping.

I use Muscular Skeletal techniques to stretch and realign the body. Bringing relaxation and pain relief by bringing the body where it needs to be to preform.

I love taking care of mama's doing Prenatal/Postnatal massage. Bringing relaxation and pain relief to mama's who are uncomfortable due to pregnancy and the effects it does to a woman's body.

I also do Aromatherapy and CBD oil to help the body, mind and spirit inside out.

This massage made it easy for me to move my body well again. Today, I trimmed two large trees with my arms above my head- because I could. If you’re trying to figure out if you should- just do it.

Valerie greeted me at the door and took me back to the massage room right away. The ambiance of the room was very relaxing. There were soft lights, relaxing music and a warm table. Valerie hands moved lightly and smoothly in the areas that I needed treatment. At the end of the session I felt so much better. I am looking forward to my next session.
