As a caregiver, I recognize the impact massage therapy has on the human body and how it aids the individual to function at their best potential. I am graduated from The Massage Institute of Memphis. I am currently licensed as a massage therapist in Tennessee and Kentucky and an athletic trainer in Kentucky with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers certification.

I specialize in Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and therapeutic bodywork. I assist in increasing sleep, immunity, alertness, blood circulation and lymph flow, endorphins, and relax muscles; I improve patients’ range of motion, posture, and overall physical activities of daily living as it too decreases stress.

I am currently located in Lexington, KY. My interest includes nature and advanced knowledge of the human body as I complete the Advanced Athletic Training Program at UK (University of Kentucky).
