Becca is honored to be able to offer massage services to the community of Mullen and the surrounding Nebraska Sandhills. Her focus is on therapeutic Swedish and Thai massage with a toolkit that draws on Zero Balancing and deep tissue modalities. She has a passion for herbalism and shares her knowledge of plants with her community by teaching classes and offering custom blended herbal teas. Her passion for massage therapy and herbalism is the culmination of many different interests in natural living. Her admiration for the body's brilliant design began in 2005 when she became pregnant with her first child. That pregnancy lit a fire in her for natural childbirth and healthy living. Her passion lead her to complete a DONA certified Birth Doula workshop in San Francisco, CA in 2006 and she has been active in the Nebraska Friends of Midwives. When her oldest child was diagnosed with Autism, her conviction to a healthy lifestyle deepened. She has lead her family on a healing journey through food by utilizing both whole food and elimination diets. In May of 2015 she graduated from the Universal College of Healing Arts in Omaha. She completed Rosemary Gladstar's Science and Art of Herbalism program in 2017 and is currently enrolled in the Herbal Academy's Advanced Herbalism online program. She received training in Thai massage at ZenWell in Austin, TX in 2018 and looks forward to more advanced herbal training at Omaha Whole Living with registered herbalist Kate Boddman, AHG in 2019.
