My name is Emily and I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah in 2012. I have been a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition since 1999. As someone that has suffered serious injuries and deals with chronic pain I have a deep rooted passion to help others feel relief through means of bodywork.

I use a combination of fluid Swedish strokes, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, positional release, and energy balancing with nearly all of my massages. I am also trained in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Thai Yoga, Cranial, Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Reflexology. The pressure of each stroke is medium to deep but can be adjusted to each person's comfort.
I have personally experienced the benefits and power of touch and I love to share that experience with others. I take pride in my work and I live for the moment when someone says "I feel better."
