I am the proud owner of The Well.  The Well was  created  to bring harmony and beauty to our community.

I am a mother of three beautiful young people and  my goal -to bring my knowledge of a healthy lifestyle, good skin and over all well-being to women, through education, patience and perseverance.

Over the last 17 years I have had the pleasure to work in the area of Natural Medicine.  Working with Chiropractors and Naturopaths I was able to learn the right path to health and wellness.  My 17 years in the industry developing rehab programs, including massage and physical training, has helped me increase my natural intuition of the human body.  Pinpointing pains, postural misalignments, weak muscles and nutritional shortcomings has helped me to create the wellness plans I put forth for all of my clients.

Starting my own business was the next logical step.  I want to continue bettering people's lives through lifestyle changes and fitness education.  I am currently training, educating and providing skincare services in Mukilteo.
