Jamie Haugen is a licensed massage practitioner in the Snohomish county area. She grew up in Mukilteo, WA and started her career in the health and wellness field as an Operations/Service manager at a local 24 Hour Fitness. She continued her love for health and wellness by attending college and attained her Bachelors in Health and Wellness in 2012 while working full time and raising two children. Her love for the industry blossomed and she wanted more. In 2013 she attended Spectrum Center School of massage and in June of 2014 graduated. She obtained her license in massage therapy in October of 2014 and is eager and excited to grow her practice in her home town that she loves so dearly. She is a true advocate of Integral Health and truly lives the life she preaches: that nutrition, exercise, emotional and mental health are all important in obtaining optimal health. She is proud to be able to share her knowledge of health and bodywork with her local community. Now accepting L&I patients and Auto Insurance claims.
