After seeing her parents decide to lead healthier lifestyles, Miranda became inspired to start helping those around her do the same. Whether you are a parent who can't keep up with their kids or a lifetime athlete being bogged down by chronic ailment, her goal is to help you get better. She recieved formal massage therapy training at the Florida School of Therapeutic Massage in 2015. In 2013 she recieved her CrossFit Level 1 certificate and has been coaching group fitness classes ever since. Her specialty is in kids fitness. Miranda lives around fitness and movement. She is passionate when it comes to helping those around her do the same.
