I've had 5 massages at Benwell Natural Health with Lisa and it's really been an excellent experience. Lisa is very receptive and listens carefully to what's going on with me and tailors my massage accordingly. I can feel my tensions melt away during the massage and I leave feeling truly refreshed and relaxed.

Lisa is extremely knowledgable and very professional. She treats her clients with complete respect and is available to them with questions. She is very articulate and able to explain complex concepts in a very clear and concise way. She is supportive and reassuring and is able to think holistically about how various things affect your health and can help develop solutions to address those issues. Rather than just using one technique, she adapts the treatment to the needs of the patient and works with them to develop an overall plan to get back to better health

I go for these massages for chronic pain relief. I’ve been to a number of different spas, and most of them are all about relaxation, and while that is very nice, it doesn’t help all pain issues. Benwell Natural Health is different from spas. Lisa is wonderful. She genuinely cares about your well being. She listens to your needs and tailors the session to your specific requests. I always leave there feeling so much better. Highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a pleasant atmosphere with individual attention.

I have been having hip and lower back issues and pain for many years. I had been to other massage, PT and accu puncture sessions and received no or little pain relief. I recently started working with Lisa at Benwell and have finally been able to receive some relief from the pain and sleep through the night! Sabrina
