I am a professional Licensed Massage Therapist in Birmingham with two decades of experience helping people achieve greater mobility and rewire patterns of tension and neuromuscular pain to find more freedom in their bodies and lives.  I also have a background in digestive health and stress the importance of gut health in relation to muscular/joint health as well as overall well being.  My specialty is therapeutic massage focusing on acute injury (including sports injury), chronic pain, neck & back pain (including scoliosis-related), repetitive stress, and general tension resulting from the stresses of daily life. I have experience working with trauma as well, and I allow clients to co-guide the work we do so that they feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the whole experience. I believe in personalizing each session to a client’s specific needs, and so have developed a large toolbox of modalities.
