I am a graduate of the massage therapy program at the Knox County Career Center. I have been practicing massage since November of 2014 at two different salons. I am currently in a space at Genesis Salon in my hometown. I love massage. It came into my life when I thought I had nothing left. I found something I really care about. I live for helping to heal others. My service to the public comes in the form of manual touch. That is my passion in life.

My massage is a very individualistic style. Every body is different. Everyone comes to me with different pains. It is unreasonable to expect everyone to need the same treatment. I focus on a mix of therapeutic techniques to help the body begin to feel better and be in a better place to heal itself.
I also offer abdominal massage, which is an often overlooked area of the body when it comes to massage. Abdominal massage can make positive changes when it comes to low back and pelvic floor issues. In addition to this, the belly is a rarely touched and intimate space, and to provide positive touch to the area can be very comforting in terms of emotional health.

Outside of massage, I spend my time with my family and my beautiful son. I am an avid reader and am always looking for the next great book. I also am always trying to absorb as much information as possible on any subject I find interesting. I run a couple blogs online as well, on a variety of subjects.
