In addition to over a decade of Wellness and Relaxation massage, Selena has extensive experience in Therapeutic Medical Massage and can provide records and receipts for insurance reimbursements upon request Selena Washburn is a graduate of Health Option Institute and is a member of ABMP in good standing and practices by their standards.

Selena's Massage's  philosophy is that massage is not a luxury. Every body, no matter its shape or condition, can experience benefits from incorporating massage into their health regimen. Selena's  Massage  utilizes a combination of massage techniques and therapies including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Nero-muscular Therapy,  Soft Tissue Melting, Zero Balance, and Swedish Massage.  Selena's Massage is a unique massage experience, not restricted by a routine. Selena’s Massage addresses the body as it is that day and makes it better. The goal of each massage is to bring the body to homeostasis, its most relaxed and neutral state. *Performed therapeutic massage at well-established chiropractic practices; the goals being to prepare for chiropractic adjustment, pain reduction and range of motion improvement using Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and MFR techniques. Conferring with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine how massage will be most helpful. Assessing clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function and range of motion.
