After serving in the United States Navy for four and a half years and then as a City of Charleston and Columbia City Police Officer for ten years, Margaret McLaurin has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of South Carolina for nineteen years. During those nineteen years, she has worked at some of the top spas in the area as well as clinics and chiropractic offices.  She has also taught massage therapy and skincare therapy in the major schools in Charleston.  While working in the massage schools she held positions from instructor, to clinic supervisor, to Director of massage therapy.  These experiences have prepared and equipped her to serve you diligently and professionally.  Be prepared for an upscale spa like experience with attention to every detail.

Margaret was trained to be a massage therapist at The Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy (now the Southeastern Institute.)  She then went on to train at Trident Technical College and became a licensed Nail Technician as well as a Skin Care Therapist.

Margaret practices to give the best service possible at every visit.  The client's well-being is always at the forefront.

After leaving the military and police work Margaret realized that she had many years of service left to give.  She chose massage therapy believing that she could serve people and make them happy and well.  What she found was that,  by doing so, her life has become more joyful and satisfying in return.  She meets wonderful and interesting people everyday and she gets to help them live more comfortably.  

At this time, Margaret is working to become a certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist, and she likes learning about herbs, mindfulness, and meditation.  In her spare time, you will find her listening to books on these topics, or gospel music.  She also likes spending time with her husband and daughter.
