Employee as LMT for 6 months with Elements massage. Performed Swedish massages ranging from from light to firm in pressure. Stepped into the role of lead trainer and conducted on-boarding for new therapists in enhancements and company standards. Spent 1 month leading hands-on prenatal training for all eligible employees.

Enjoyed employment for 5 years with Hand and Stone massage in Southlake, TX. Here, I performed many massages a week, developing treatment plans, and investing in client relationships.

5 years experience leading weekly yoga class. This class served the gym community by focusing on breath, stretch, and balance. Building yoga from the mat up, this class was accessible to experience and novice yogis.
