Cat is a DC native that moved to Charleston to explore life in a warmer and friendlier area! She is passionate about healthcare, fitness, and general well-being, and loves being able to help the body find its way back to health through non-invasive procedures. She is trained at the Southeastern Institute (formerly known as the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy) that teaches advanced methods of neuromuscular therapy. She loves to do focused deep pressure and neuromuscular work to help with soft tissue rehab.
