In my massage therapy practice, I always try to tune into my clients energy and listen to their body. My priority is to make you feel respected and comfortable during a session so you are free to relax. Relaxing makes your session more effective! 

I Specialize in Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, and Myofascial release. I aim to create space in the muscles fibers and work out those knots. I want you to function at your best level! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013.
