I graduated from The Harris School of Business's massage therapy program in January 2016, where I trained in a wide range of classical massage techniques, advanced therapeutic procedures, hot stone massage, and soft tissue manipulation. While working, I continued my study of Reiki healing, and in 2017 received my Reiki Mastery. In 2018,I decided to deepen My understanding of the human body and became a certified Medical Massage Practitioner. This training taught me how to assess and treat common pain complaints such as cervical strains, sciatica, range of motion limitations, and more. In addition, I gained a greater understanding of how our posture affects us and how to use massage therapy to assist in correcting postural disfunction.


Passionate about helping my clients, I continue to expand my repertoire of therapeutic techniques. I takes a holistic approach with my clients, creating a custom plan of care for each based on their specific needs and goals. Treating my clients with guided meditation, therapeutic massage, and reiki, I believe that our mind and body each have their roles to play in our healing journeys.

The masseuse was able to take my health condition into consideration to not overdo the pressure while still relieving some of my pain and helping relax me. The reiki also helped quite.a lot with the mental distress.
