Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to find out who I am as a therapist and a person. As early as eight years old I dreamed of being a doctor. As I grew older the type of medical professional I wanted be changed but my desire to help people remained. As a massage therapist I help multiple people with a wide range of needs which causes me to draw on the medical and technical teaching and training I received from Southeastern Institute and the rich and invaluable training that comes from continuing education and learning from my colleagues.          

I have been a therapist almost six years. In that time I have become certified in medical, sports, Swedish and hot stone massage.  The modalities I utilize that prove most effective for my clients are medical, deep tissue, sports and neuromuscular massage. I use these modalities in conjunction with one another to yield long lasting beneficial results. My clients experience relief from range of motion restrictions, poor circulation, poor posture, stress, anxiety ,acute and chronic pain, pelvic imbalance, tight muscles and much more.

I use active stretching to facilitate and achieve greater circulation, muscle function and relaxation.  

I am located in Mount Holly, NC, easily accessed via interstates 85, 485 or local roads. I am also located in South Charlotte on Park Rd in order to touch as many lives, minds and bodies as possible.    

I am available to do chair massage for  bridal parties, corporate events, employee appreciation, and the like.

My hobbies and interests include the art of painting, dancing, singing, gardening, whitewater rafting, sewing, architecture, construction and home décor.

At the end of the day I am hear to help, to educate and to  empower each client I have to privilege of speaking to or working with using a professional approach, thorough techniques and motivated massage.
