Massage changes your body tissue, your body systems, and your emotional state. Massage can and will change your life if you let it. I have been amazed at the changes our bodies can make with just a little help with manual therapy. Massage helped me as a child with back issues and it was clear to me that I wanted to help people and provide relief with this amazing therapy.

Graduating from the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy located in Winter Park in 2012, I have had over 5 years of experience doing massage therapy. Working as a massage therapist I have grown to love being able to customize each session in order to give you the very best experience you could personally have.

Having certifications in medical massage therapy, Hot stone therapy, cupping therapy, hands-free modalities (including longer strokes and a great flow), prenatal massage, and is excellent at providing Swedish and Deep tissue. Working with different modalities has provided relief for clients from frozen shoulder, TMJ pain, Sciatic pain, as well as the common neck and back ache. There is really not much that massage can't improve. There is always something that massage can help you with, even if it is just emotional pain.  

Besides pursuing massage therapy,  I am happily married to my Tavares native sweetheart, Darren. We love camping and enjoying the outdoors and lakes with friends, family, and our dog Dixie. Darren is a huge support in my success and can sometimes be found helping at chair massage events.
