I found a beautiful massage program which provided me the skills I needed to finally begin practicing in a career that was ultimately my true calling. Today I share with you all the life experience and knowledge I have gained to promote wellness, healing and enlightenment throughout your life.

I was blessed enough to attend an amazing Taoist based workshop outside of Asheville, NC. We learned a beautiful technique to balance mind, body, spirit by working on the abdomen. It is an amazing technique that can assist with many issues. I had such a great time learning from my instructor Marie Favorito. She was so knowledgable and encouraging that I still train with her today. My experience there really set the basis of my practice today.
