Lymphatic drainage is a passion of mine. The benefits are amazing and they do vary from client to client. The main benefit is reduction in fluid and swelling due to damage of the lymphatic system. Other benefits include better sleep, less bloating, temporary neuropathy relief, brain fog relief, more energy or more relaxed. This is a very rhythmic, light touch technique designed to move the lymph fluid through the system.
