Hi! I’m Mandy, a relaxation and serenity specialist who uses massage and reiki to help you fill your cup and find inner peace. 

As the owner of 2 small businesses and a single mama of 3 boys, I know how chaotic life can be and how difficult it can be to make the space to fill one's own cup.

I cannot count the times I have slipped into burnout and operated from a place of survival.

I think burnout and I are official besties at this point.

My work suffered, as I had nothing more to give to clients or tasks. I was slipping further and further behind.

And as a mother I couldn’t show up for my boys in the way they needed the most. I felt like I was abandoning them. Major mom guilt.

Really I was abandoning myself.

This is why I know how important it is for you to create the time and space to fill your own cup and do something just for you.

When you take the time for yourself, everything improves.

When I started carving out the time for myself and began using massage and reiki to care for my spirit, mind, and body, my life shifted.

I no longer dreaded the work I had to complete and caught up in no time.

And my boys got a mama who was present and engaged.
