I completed the Professional Massage Licensing and Spa Specialty Program at Ashmead College in 2007. There, I recieved training in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, as well as Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Sports massage. There, I recieved training in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, as well as Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Sports massage. The spa specialty program introduced me to body wraps, scrubs, hydrotherapy, and aromatherapy. I strive to provide the best possible service for my clients and am constantly researching new techniques as well as completing continuing education. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. My next goals are to complete reflexology training as well as begin the journey of becoming a Reiki master. 

I believe that stress reduction and pain management are the cornerstones of health, and love seeing the difference touch can make in peoples lives. There are few things in life as fulfilling as improving someones range of motion, or feeling tension melt away from a tight muscle. I value the connections formed during massage, and believe that sometimes people just need someone to listen to them. I look forward to working with you.

Kelli was awesome! My upper back, shoulders, and neck were the problem areas causing me pain. She did a great job focusing on those areas and listened when I asked her to be more aggressive (more pressure) than less (I don't want just a light rub down).
