My massage approach is  "Cura Personalis"  whole-body oriented to achieve calm, relaxation and peace.   A gentle massage, deep tissue work, attention to a specific over-stressed body part that resets your body back to its happy place I am here to bring it!. You may want to enjoy the dance of a free-flowing massage using hot stones to help ease muscle tension and increase circulation. Try cupping for quick pain relief, or reflexology and detox foot-bath. Re-discover your sense of well-being with personalized therapies that nurture body, mind and spirit. You'll find me to be friendly, respectful and professional.

Another passion of mine is  serving Veteran, as I am a proud Veteran. A military service discount is always in order on my books!  

I also provide in-home Comfort Therapy for end of life.  I have taken classes to nurture and guide persons and families thru the end of life process, with paperwork, or sitting vigil to provide caregivers respite.  I am a Certified Death Midwife, providing holistic care without medication.
