Lisa's career as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist and an Aesthetician grew from a love of helping people. Through her practice, Lisa facilitates healing, healthy habits and self care.     

In 2006, Lisa attended The Whole You School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy, a private school in Rutherfordton, NC.  Lisa received her Aesthetician license in 2010 from McDowell Technical College.   

As a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Lisa is proficient in a number of different modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Neuromuscular, Thai, Sports, Reflexology,  Maternity and Gua Sha.    

As an Aesthetician, Lisa specializes in revitalizing treatments for aging skin, maintaining healthy skin and treatment of acneic skin.
