Holly Stratton is a Certified Massage Therapist who received her education from the Massage Therapy program at De Anza College. She became very interested in how massage aids in the breakdown of scar tissue, and can increase range of motion that has been limited due to injuries, or repetitive stress. This breakdown of tissue allows proper nerve firings, and helps to enhance optimal mobility. Her goal of each massage is to reduce pain and tension from physical, or emotional stress, increase mobility, provide relaxation, and restore health and vitality to every client.
