Our mission is to promote relaxation, stress relief, and a pain-free lifestyle through massage therapy, bodywork, and energy psychology to support you in achieving optimum physical health and emotional wellness.   Melissa Stefanski PhD, LMBT and Founder of Massage Plus, LLC, hails from Montreal, Canada and began her career in healthcare as a mental health therapist. Her proven success stems from her natural ability to establish trustworthy connections with her clients. Melissa attended the Maiden School of Massage & Bodywork Therapy in North Carolina and is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT) NC License #21881. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Psychology from McGill University.  Additionally, she earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Melissa is also a certified hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. Her passionate dedication to the well-being of others continues to fuel her journey. Melissa’s clinical background in psychology and healthcare, coupled with her educational accomplishments and calming demeanor, will reward you, her partner in health, with the ultimate mind-body experience. I have been getting massage therapy for many years. I have tried several different therapists and locations. I have never had a better therapist than Melissa and Massage Plus LKN. Simply the best and it is not even close!

She gave a great massage. I really needed to de-stress and I almost fell asleep - which I never do in massages. The pressure was perfect and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
