I'm Amy Thomas, a graduate of Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida. I specialize in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage therapy. I have experience treating athletes, individuals suffering from chronic pain, injury, repetitive stress disorders, in addition to treating those needing massage for prevention, wellness, and stress relief. I have taken courses in Advanced Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular therapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Therapy, Infant Massage instruction, Pre-Natal & Pregnancy massage,Pelvic Massage Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Cupping, and Guasha. More recently I have completed certifications in Pediatric Kinesio taping and RockBlades (through RockTape). I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB), licensed in North Carolina and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
