Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.

I am a 2003 graduate from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy.  I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, which is a more specific form of massage utilizing trigger point therapy.  I also use other techniques to fit individual needs, such as: Myofascial, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and I am also certified in Prenatal Massage.


As someone who personally understands the journey from pain into healthy living, my goal is to help others achieve a better quality of living.

Health and wellness has always been a part of my life as I am an avid hiker and enjoy exercise of all types.  In my free time I enjoy writing, reading, and being a dog mommy.
