My specialty is in medical and orthopedic massage.  I cater to the athlete as I am a marathoner myself.  However I welcome anyone who wishes to receive a relaxing Swedish massage as well.  I formerly taught some sports massage, chair and oncology chair massage classes.  Other areas of massage work that I focus on are myofascial release, reiki, reflexology, kinesiotaping and micro point stimulation.

My background also includes previously owning a nutrition consulting business and studying psychology - behavioral science.  Today I am very health conscious about what goes into and on my body.  That concern extends to all who I am in contact with as well - family, friends, patients, or clients.  I want to help as many people as possible achieve their maximum health potential.
